Los Angeles, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Centurion Entertainment) - It was announced today by Hollywood based entertainment manager, Lavel Berry from Centurion Entertainment that country music artist, Doni Flanigan is finalizing production and song selections for his soon to be released country album. Over the last two years, Doni Flanigan has been writing, producing and collaborating with some of the top country music producers in the industry today, most notably respected award winning producer Nick Nolan. In cooperation with Centurion Entertainment Flanigan and Nolan have co-written and produced more than twenty-four songs for Doni's debut album. Selecting the top twelve for the final cut hasn't been easy. Doni Flanigan's country music style has been compared to the likes of legendary country artists George Strait, Alan Jackson and Charlie Daniels along side contemporary artists such as Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban and Rascal Flatts. Doni Flannigan's songs range from patriotic guitar fiddling anthems to heavy base driven-foot-stomping-country dance classics. Doni's songs are modern and sentimental with touches of American patriotism and down-home family values. Early contenders for breakout singles point to Thank God It's Friday Night. Sure to follow in its footsteps is All American Cowboy which is quite timely in today's political environment. Both these singles are showstoppers with their innate sound structure and highly produced sound quality. They are sure to get any country music fan tapping their two stepping feet and singing along. Doni Flanigan's versatility is evident in his touching ballad My Chanelle which he wrote about his own daughter to whom years ago tragedy struck. This country album will have something for everyone as it truly covers all of country music's bases. Doni has already begun performing his new music in venues including Los Angeles' world famous the House of Blues, The Whiskey, the Key Club and the renowned Viper Room. To date the crowds have been overwhelmingly supportive. Doni has always had a hankering for country music and he's happy to be exploring his dream professionally. "I'm excited to get my music out there and do what I love to do which is to sing country and perform in front of people who love country music as much as I do," said Flanigan. "This album means a great deal to me and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with such established people in the music business." Centurion Entertainment's Lavel Berry had this to say, "I think Doni Flanigan has enormous talent for writing, producing and performing country music. Through his blood sweat and tears I've witnessed Doni put his heart and soul into this project and I believe people are really going to respond to it. I'm very happy for Doni and I'm looking forward to this record's success." Doni Flanigan was born the son of a midwestern preacher who was taught how to sing gospel before he could walk and has never strayed too far from his roots. Doni grew up singing gospel and traveling cross country with his four brothers and sisters. Singing in large churches and auditoriums was normal for Doni and his family. Doni is a family man at heart and spends his time in Madison, Indiana, Cincinnati, Ohio and Los Angeles, California. The album is in final production and the first single is expected to be released in early 2009.
