Nashville, TN (SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT) - BNA's newly signed band, The Lost Trailers, were introduced at last week's Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville, TN. The Atlanta-based band, who have toured the country playing 200+ dates a year for the past four years, wowed the attendees at this year's CRS with performances at the BB King's RCA Label Group Showcase and the RLG 20th Anniversary Boat Show. Alabama's Randy Owen who was in attendance at both shows commented, 'The Lost Trailers are the most exciting new band I heard at CRS.' 'One of the highlights of our career thus far was spending time with Randy Owen at CRS,' said The Lost Trailers. 'Being that our band is made up of brothers and close friends, we've always looked to Alabama as the template of a country band. Alabama is more than the music; it's about a tight group of friends and family breaking barriers, refusing to fail, not compromising and putting out undeniably great music. Those are the ideals The Lost Trailers have always aspired to, and the fact that Randy would take the time to hang out with us will be something we will never ever forget.' The band, who have been through numerous hardships and struggles over the years, including having their equipment trailer stolen on three separate occasions (hence the band's name), introduced their unique brand of country music. This distinctive sound is what caught the attention of Willie Nelson in 2000 who invited them to play his Annual 4th of July Picnic. The Lost Trailers' first single, 'Chicken Fried' has received an overwhelmingly positive response and hits country radio this week.
