New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Modern blues singer The Reverend Shawn Amos has released a new single and video, "Ain't Gonna Name Names", directed by
Nicole Alexander. The video premiered with Yahoo! Music, who writes that the new release "shows off his prowess for the blues (plus his well-known harp skills!)". The track features an all-star rhythm section with Steve Jordan (John Mayer) on drums and Larry Taylor (Tom Waits) on bass. "It's the feel-good blues song of the summer," Amos notes of the track. "I wanted a video and recording that proves blues music can have the giddiness and shine of pop music while keeping its heart firmly on its sleeve."
