In 2006, more than 161,000 fans from every state and 27 foreign countries attended the four-day event.
"The single night concert ticket option has proven to be very popular and this year we have set aside seats in sections of LP Field that will be closer to the stage to make the experience of attending the Festival even better for local residents," said Tammy Genovese, CMA Chief Operating Officer. "This is a great ticket option for music lovers who cannot spend all four days at CMA Music Festival but want to experience a night of fantastic musical performances."

In March, CMA donated $368,000 from the 2006 CMA Music Festival for music education brining to date a total of $1.1 million that CMA has donated to charity on behalf of the artists who participate in the Festival.
