NEW YORK (Elton John Fans Webstite) - Tim McGraw's upcoming album, Tim McGraw And The Dancehall Doctors, features a remake of the Elton John classic "Tiny Dancer." McGraw, who performed the song in concert each night on his 2001 Soul To Soul tour with Faith Hill, decided to record it after hearing it in a movie.

"I've always loved the feel and the vibe of Elton John's original version of the song, and when I heard it in Almost Famous it really jumped out at me and I felt like I could do something with it," says McGraw. "It was a challenge to record such a well-known, classic song, but I think we did a pretty good job."
The song features background vocals from Kim Carnes.
