New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - Whether on the tour bus with his band or in Atlanta with his family, GRAMMY-award winning musician Zac Brown knows his way around the kitchen and his latest projects will unite his love of music and food in new and exciting ways.

Southern Ground Cookbook: A former restaurateur and chef, Zac Brown recently released his first-ever cookbook with the help of his band mates, family and friends. In addition to 27 of Zac's favorite comfort-food recipes (which are printed on removable index cards to preserve the book while cooking), Zac personally selected an array of photos, poems and passages that capture the spirit of each dish. The book is currently available online (https://bit.ly/SGCookbook1), at ZBB shows and at Cracker Barrel stores nationwide.

Eat-And-Greets: On the first leg of their national Breaking Southern Ground tour, Zac Brown Band began hosting "eat-and-greets." This year they'll continue the pre-show ritual by inviting upwards of 75 fans from each show to join the group while dining on southern-cuisine specialties created by Zac himself. All recipes will include Brown's famous Southern Ground Grub spice rub (GA Clay Rub) and his famous Southern Ground Grub Brown Sauce.

Southern Ground Grub Food Line: Zac Brown's famous spice rub and barbecue recipes have been years in the making and in addition to the GA Clay Rub, Brown will soon have his Brown Sauce available in stores nationwide. Not only did Brown create the recipes for his former Atlanta restaurant (Zac's Place) but he's personally taking charge to make sure that the recipes that reach the shelves taste exactly like what comes out of his kitchen.

"Obviously we're always working on our music, but with this tour we're building an experience that involves all senses to ensure that it blow fans away every time," says Zac Brown. "When people come to our show, we want them to smell the food cooking, taste our favorite recipes, watch our home videos of the road, listen to some great new artists and feel our excitement - a full five-sense experience."

Zac Brown Band's platinum-certified, major label debut 'The Foundation' - one of Billboard's Top 20 albums of 2009 - is out now on Atlantic Records.
