The new Platform Online SSD product line starts at 32TB, 48TB or 64TB and can be used in conjunction with standard disk Platform servers to create an unmatched multi-tier multi-node workflow system. As important, the new systems are fully integrated workflow servers allowing companies to offload CPU intensive work like proxy generation, rendering, transcoding. They also provide data management capabilities like backup and replication, all built into a browser based interface.
The Platform Online SSD was designed as the perfect add on product to the existing ProMAX Platform Online workflow servers. Managed to together through a simple to use browser interface, users can move projects from Online to Online SSD for finishing with a simple click request.
