Rising Teen Pop Star Macy Kate, Returns To Her Florida Roots To Headline The 2013 First Night Celebration In St. Petersburg, Florida

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) What: First Night is an independent not for profit corporation run by a volunteer board of directors. Every year they bring the community together in effort to deepen the public's appreciation for visual, performing, and literary arts through a diverse and innovative high quality program that will entertain and engage audiences of all ages.

Who: This years lineup includes performances by local musicians including 15 year old Sheldon Steele, Worlds Youngest DJ, DJ BabyChino, MBL Trio, and headlining the show is The Macy Kate Band featuring Season 2 X Factor Contestant Macy Kate. Additional appearances are currently being negotiated.

Why: This event provides an opportunity for the community to come together in the center of the city to enjoy entertainment and celebrate New Years Eve in a safe, accessible, and affordable manner. This is the 20th year celebration of First Night.
