New York, NY (Top40 Charts) We are very excited and honored to announce that Maestro Bobby Ramirez was appointment to the Hialeah Cultural Affairs Board by Councilwoman Isis Garcia-Martinez; and voted unanimously by all of the Hialeah Council Members and the Honorable Hialeah Mayor, Carlos Hernandez.

"I grew up in Hialeah. It is a great honor to serve this community that I love", said musician and performing artist Maestro Bobby Ramirez.

Among many of Bobby's significant community service initiatives includes: Founder and President of the non-profit Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc (JAZZONIAN) currently located on the campus of Excelsior Language Academy, 369 East 10th Street, Hialeah, Miami FL; as well as helped found and establish the Arts Garage in Delray Beach, FL in April 2012.

Born in Camajuani, Santa Clara, Cuba, virtuoso musician and performing artist, flutist, saxophonist, vocalist, guitarist, composer and arranger, Maestro Bobby Ramirez has been captivating audiences for 4 decades with his unique style that forms a perfect harmonic blend of Afro-Cuban and Latin Jazz rhythms.

Bobby will be releasing his new CD titled "Yo Soy RITMO! Danzon" in November of this year which chronicles 150 years of Cuba's classical music evolution with an emphasis on the Danzon.

The arrival of Bobby's new CD will also usher in a new era as he celebrates 40 years as a musician and performing artist in 2018.

Bobby's Mission: To establish the Jazzonian Performing Arts Center to help underserved children in the community discover Jazz; learn to play a musical instrument; gain self confidence, perseverance and become exceptional through the arts; continue to bring Jazz to where there is none as part of Jazzonian
