Cecile McLorin Salvant On BBC World Service's 'Music Life'

Salvant and her Nonesuch debut album, Ghost Song, have just been nominated for the Edison Jazz Award in the Netherlands for Best International Vocals. Winners will be announced on September 19.

Ghost Song features a diverse mix of seven originals and five interpretations on the themes of ghosts, nostalgia, and yearning.
