Idol Group Exp Debuts "Luv/Wrong" Music Video At Asia Contemporary Art Week In NYC!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The first New York based K-pop idol group, EXP is promoting their forthcoming debut EP with the release of their first music video, "Luv/Wrong". EXP was formed in the Spring of 2015 and caused waves within the industry by being the first K-pop style band that didn't feature any Korean members. Referencing the transcendent power of music and its constantly evolving elements, EXP's five members (Hunter, Koki, Frankie, Sime and Tarion) teamed up to create a unique interpretation of the K-pop genre, featuring tracks sung primarily in Korean. EXP started as an experimental project of IMMABB, a hybrid platform that focuses on art and music as a social commentary for the fluidity and merging of pop culture around the world, especially in our digital age.

But positive fan and press response to the band spurred a successful Kickstarter campaign and raised $30,000 to produce an EP and music video. Since EXP's launch with their first two songs "Nolja Let's Party" and "Luv/Wrong", the group has been interviewed by a variety of leading publications in the United States and Korea including Huffington Post Korea, Vice, The Fader, Korea Times, Washington Post and many more outlets. Meanwhile the unique makeup of the band has sparked interest and debate amongst numerous K-pop culture sites like AllKPop, KPopStarz, and Koreaboo.

EXP spent the summer performing across New York City at iconic venues like Bowery Electric and gained American and international fan groups along the way. This was especially true at KCON New York where the guys released their second track "Nolja Let's Party" at a live event and partied with K-pop fans. KCON is an annual convention that focuses specifically on highlighting "All Things Hallyu (Korean pop culture)" to the American audience.

On November 6th, EXP will premiere their first major music video at a live art event hosted by Asia Contemporary Art Week in New York City. This release kicks off a series of events and performances across the East Coast, which will all lead up to the release of their debut album in early 2016. Their first album will feature their two original tracks as well as previously unreleased new music. "Nolja Let's Party" and "Luv/Wrong" are currently available on iTunes and Spotify.
