New York, NY (Top40 Charts) On the infectious, hard driving title track of her forthcoming full length debut "Problem Child", the multi-talented 16 year old Nashville based singer-songwriter Sammie Harney, uncovers the irony of being called "Problem Child" when she knows otherwise.

The sometimes misunderstood teenager who sports blue hair, black attire and a penchant for mischief takes it all in stride. "I think it's important to note that I'm not actually a problem child - it's just an ironic description of me."

Accompanied by a creatively designed lyric video of neon images, the single and forthcoming album were produced by former Grammy nominated Sixpence None the Richer guitarist Sean Michael Kelly, and co-produced by fellow Grammy nominated engineer and mixer Mark Niemiec and veteran songwriter, producer and touring musician Nathan Meckel.
"I've always been a performer," she says. "I love getting on stage and engaging an audience. I'm looking forward to sharing my ideas and having the opportunity to see people enjoying these songs."
