Music Latina) - The Single, Which Is Anticipated To Become A New Hit For The Mexican Duo, Is The Third Track From Their Successful Album "Esta Es Mi Vida" (This Is My Life)
The winners of the Latin Grammy as Best New Artist, JESSE & JOY, return to U.S. airwaves with their newly released single "Ya No Quiero" (I don't want to). No need to speak or even understand Espanol, for the talented young duo's music transcends language.
The single, which is anticipated to become another hit for the Mexican musicians, debuted this past Monday, June 16 all over the U.S. This is the third single of the talented duo that received international approval with their first single, "Espacio Sideral".
The second released single, "Llegaste Tu" (You arrived) of their new album titled "Esta Es Mi Vida" (This is my life), is still located in the Top 25 charts.
To celebrate the release of their album here in the U.S., JESSE & JOY performed this past June in Las Vegas with a concert called "Concierto Planeta Verde" (Green Planet Concert) where more than 3,000 fans showed up to see their favorite performers sing live. The event was sponsored by "La Onda Verde" (The Green Wave) which promotes the fight against global warming and the use renewable energy.
JESSE & JOY who have also won a "Premio Oye" Award as Best New Artist and received a nomination in the same category of the MTV LatinAmerica Awards, prepare for their radio tour which kicks off on June 30 in Texas, accompanied by singer/songwriters Tommy Torres and Jorge Villamizar, and will continue through to July 4.
With just one year in their musical career, JESSE & JOY have already caught the attention of fans worldwide with their unique sound, excellent vocals and fresh lyrics. For their debut album, "Esta Es Mi Vida" the duo wrote all of the songs included on the CD, which was produced by Kiko Cibrian with the collaboration of Grammy-winners, Sin Bandera.
"Esta Es Mi Vida" has been a total success in Mexico receiving Gold status for its high sales and for its singles reaching the Top 10 positions on the radio charts in Mexico, the United Status and Puerto Rico, among other countries.
