Beyond All Recognition: To Release New Album On May 27th, Details Unveiled
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) ALPHA OMEGA Management has a pleasure to announce that the Swedish dubcore metallers BEYOND ALL RECOGNITION are set to release their self-titled album on May 27th, via Gain/Sony Music.

The band comments their new album Beyond all Recognition:

Inspiration for making the album:

The inspiration for writing this album is nothing else than a will to challenge ourselves. With the last release, Drop=Dead, we werent ready to deliver music straight out of our hearts as we are for this upcoming album.
The lyrics are inspired by the world and how it works today. Why theres violence and injustice in the world and what politics and religion actually does to the human race. Aside from the very deep meaning and message in the songs, no political or religious statements are made. Its a view from everyones perspective. An open minded perspective that is critical to all the things were doing to ourselves and our planet. The truth is out there for those who want to listen. Even if truth has a different meaning for each person.

When it comes to the music, a lot of inspiration comes from plenty of different acts. To name a few, weve always loved Slipknot, which some probably can tell, but aside from that there are influences from bands like Soilwork, Alter Bridge, Rammstein, Asking Alexandria and even band such as Judas Priest and Europe. Look at the song Unfounded for example. Rob Halford has always inspired the singer David Shr, and he finally got to take his vocals to a whole new level with some 80s heavy metal vocals. Its hard to really say that the songs are truly inspired by these bands, but since the bands has been with us during our childhood and growth, there is of course something that makes us write the music we do. Of course the whole dubstep and electronic era was a very big challenge for us, since no one had done it before. So during the years from the debut album we have evolved in a better way than we couldve imagined.
The electronics isnt controlling the feel to the music anymore. It sort of merges together in a better way than before. Its more like an instrument than an effect nowadays.

Recording of album:

The band took care of recording the album by themselves in Studio Hogfarm in Vsters during December 2015. It took approximately a month to finish after hard work in the studio alongside the members personal full time jobs. When the album was done, it was sent to the one and only Dino Medanhodzic at Studio Radionika, Stockholm, once again for mixing and mastering. Beyond All Recognition and Dino have been working together since the band started, and no one has ever been a better alternative than Dino. Together they have studied the art of mixing the brutal dubstep electronics to blend it in perfect with the metal. It was a challenge at first of course, but today theres no other alternative in mind considering mixing and mastering. Alongside Fredrik Alexius Eklund who is the brilliant mind behind the electronics, the band is in a golden spot when it comes to the team-up for writing and recording.

We cannot be happier about the teamwork we have with both Dino and Alexius. Theyre both geniuses in the industry, and we will hold on to them as long as we can! Paul, the guitarist says.

BEYOND ALL RECOGNITION was formed in 2011, featuring David Shr (Vocals), David Eriksen (Guitar), Paul Gidlf (Guitar), Pontus Bergstrm Warren (Bass), Sebastian Maxe (Drums). After released two EPs (Now or Never and This is Dubcore), and signing with Napalm Records in 2012, the band released their debut full-length Drop = Dead, gaining right away a global fanbase. Keen to keep the creative juices flowing, BEYOND ALL RECOGNITION released Our Illusion at the end of 2014 to provide a taste of what was to come on their highly anticipated follow-up album. After a small line-up change in the middle of 2015 the band, now back to their core members, they are ready to continue where Drop = Dead and Our Illusion finished and dare to take a step even further away from the core-scene by removing the classical breakdown theme and add more groovy and crunchy riffs instead, still with a nose bleed forcing heaviness. With this new album, BEYOND ALL RECOGNITION are ready to head back out touring and secure their position as the innovative band who always succeed to amaze. With an innovative sound and a new unique image, which soon will be revealed, the band is eager to work towards the next level.
