Justin Bieber's New Album 'Purpose,' Available For Pre-order Today! Album Arrives November 13, 2015
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Def Jam Recordings) As global superstar Justin Bieber breaks chart records around the world with his #1 global hit "What Do You Mean," it has now been announced that his upcoming new studio album PURPOSE, arriving November 13th on RBMG/Def Jam Recordings, is available for pre-order with digital retailers and Justin's exclusive online store.

Preorders of PURPOSE include the smash singles "What Do You Mean" and "Where R U Now," and will unlock a special, preorder-only exclusive track featuring Ariana Grande. Justin's highly anticipated next smash "Sorry," produced by Skrillex and Blood, is set to unlock next Friday, October 23.

As reported by Billboard this week, "What Do You Mean" (released August 28th) has officially earned Justin his first #1 on Billboard's top 40 radio-based Pop Songs airplay chart, with over 135 million/radio listeners per week. The week of its release, "What Do You Mean" was crowned Justin's first #1 on Billboard's all-format airplay/sales/streaming-based Hot 100. It also went to #1 in Justin's native Canada, and became his first #1 UK national chart hit. "What Do You Mean," which hit #1 at iTunes within five minutes of its worldwide release last month, and went on to reach #1 at iTunes in more than 90 countries, sold over 335,000 units digitally in the U.S. in its first week out. On the streaming side, "What Do You Mean" handily broke the Weekly Global Spotify streaming record with over 41 million streams, and went on to reach 100 million Global streams in less than one month out. As of this writing, it has surpassed the 167 million mark.

It was also revealed last week that the artwork for PURPOSE was created by Retna, the world renowned graffiti artist from Los Angeles, acclaimed for the distinctive constructed script he has developed. 26-year old Retna (aka Marquis Lewis), who has been exhibited around the world, has also done branding work for clients including Nike and Louis Vuitton.
Pre-orders are available now for PURPOSE signed CDs, vinyl and other limited edition items, exclusively via Justin's new online store. Go to: https://smarturl.it/JustinShop.

The success of "What Do You Mean" benefited from an aggressively viral 30 day Instagram countdown and Twitter lyric reveal campaign, garnering over 100 million impressions. Justin supported the release early last month with a return to the MTV VMAs, followed by an appearance on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and a week-long takeover of The Today Show that climaxed with live performances on Thursday and Friday.
