Washington, DC (Top40 Charts/ United States Air Force Band) Produced with assistance from Air Force television, the First Helicopter Squadron from Joint Base Andrews, and lead by The U.S. Air Force Band's producer, Senior Master Sgt. Jebodiah Eaton, the video integrates footage of the amazing Airmen from the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard.
"Completion of this project under such austere times was made possible by the familial relationships of the professionals of multiple Air Force agencies. I owe a huge thank you to Ms. Erin Roberts and her amazing staff at AFTV. Col. Larry Riddick and the 811th Operations staff on Joint Base Andrews made the aerial footage possible," Eaton said.
" Stand" began as a request from a leader in the Honor Guard community who saw Max Impact's last video project, "Send Me." He wanted to highlight his Airmen's selfless service, mission culture and inspire them to new heights. Drawing inspiration from the Honor Guard Charge, this exciting original composition tells the story of these highly-trained Air Force professionals and highlights their commitment and sacrifice.
The song was written by Airmen musicians, Senior Master Sgt. Matthew Ascione and Tech. Sgt. Matthew Geist. "The opportunity to compose " Stand" provided a unique chance to feature the band alongside our sister squadron, the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard. This video product is a result of two visions coming together as one, showcasing A.F. excellence," Geist said.
The video was premiered on Monday, Sept. 16 at the Annual Air and Space Conference and Technology Exposition at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center just outside of Washington, D.C.
