Synopsis
Philippe St. Pierre, author of the book (with the same title), teaches the course to ten lovable losers. Some of them will have a woman in their lives while others will end up on a psychiatrist 's couch. Others will wind up unwittingly discovering their previously stifled sexual orientation and romantic needs revealed in ways that they would never have expected.

Despite his confidence and "I am French" sense of authority, it is of course the teacher who in the end should practice what he preaches. Although the film's title and even poster graphic hints at the macho or misogynistic, it all is gets turned upside down or as the French say "boulverse'".

In other words, what results is a solid farce without discrimination loaded with a surprising drop of pathos; executed by a solid cast set in the greatest city for such a film: New York City. With real-life NYC street interviews on romance, sex and seduction spliced-into the film; one really gets a fun does of real world to intera! ct with the film's treatise.
