MICHAEL YOUNG puts his heart and soul into his music. His saxophone is an integral part of him. He says that the sax is "my third eye in a way" and helps him visualize, so to speak, the communication of his essence and the soul of his music to bring out an emotional connection with his audience.
In the Philippines, MICHAEL has performed with artists as Cynthia Alexander, Lynn Sherman, Tots Tolentino, Johnny Allegre, Nico Maca, Raul Sunico and many more. He was in the house band of the Lynn Sherman show on RJTV and has performed in the Jewelmer and Ayala Jazz festivals, among others.
