Rome, Italy (Top40 Charts/ David Loris Official Website/ Medusa Films) - The release party for the soundtrack of Tutto l'Amore del Mondo will be held in Rome on the 27th of March at Lian Club, Via Degli Enotri 8 (San Lorenzo) at 21:30. A selection of artists from the soundtrack will be performing live at the event. The soundtrack was composed and supervised by Michele Braga and features some of Italy's most talented up and coming artists, including Sylvie Lewis, David Loris, honeybird, and The Niro. Braga's collaborations have resulted in a fresh blend of pop and folk unique in the Italian music scene, characterized by evocative lyrical atmospheres and delicate instrumentation. Also featured is the hit single 'Squander' by Skunk Anansie. The soundtrack will be available on iTunes and other online music stores, as well as in record stores throughout Italy.

Tutto l'Amore del Mondo, distributed by Medusa films, directed by Riccardo Grandi and starring Nicolas Vaporidis, Myriam Catania, Ana Caterina Morariu and Alessandro Roja, will be released in over 300 cinemas on 19th of March, 2010. The film tells the story of four friends on a European road trip whose adventures bring them together in love and friendship. The original songs on the soundtrack capture the "on the road" mood to perfection, yet also stand on their own as testament to a new and exciting indie sound out of Italy.

'I wanted to convey the sensation of traveling through the music where the succession of landscapes, images and scenery mirrors the journey of human emotion,' muses Braga. 'The music accompanies the characters throughout the film as they face their fears, hopes, and dreams in this voyage of self discovery.'

The soundtrack of Tutto l'Amore del Mondo will be released on the 2nd of April by Medusa and distributed by Edel. Featured on the soundtrack are the songs 'Anywhere We Want To' (Braga/Loris) performed by David Loris, 'Come Along' (Braga/Mizrahi) and 'The River Outside' (Braga/Mizrahi) performed by honeybird and 'It looks like Rain' (Braga/Lewis) performed by The Niro.

Further Information

Sylvie Lewis
Sylvie was raised in London, England and trained as a classical singer with renowned vocal coach Ian Adam. She attended Berklee College of Music in Boston and graduated with a degree in composition in 1998. In 2002, while living in Los Angeles, she met Richard Swift, who produced her debut album "Tangos and Tantrums", and was then signed to indie label Cheap Lullaby (Joan As Policewoman, Teitur). She moved to Barcelona in 2005 to write her second album "Translations", which received critical acclaim and caught the attention of singer-songwriter Sondre Lerche who contacted Sylvie to co-write songs for the album 'Heartbeat Radio', on which she also performs as a vocalist. Sylvie has toured extensively with Sondre Lerche and has also opened for Ed Harcourt, The Weepies, Teitur, The Greencards and many others. At present she is performing Mozart's "Magic Flute" with L'Orchestra Di Piazza Vittorio at venues worldwide. She also co-hosts a web-radio show 'That's all Folks!' with Valerio Mirabella in collaboration with the Circolo degli Artisti and Radio Fandango. Sylvie's third studio album is due for release in autumn 2010.

David Loris
David Loris is a composer, singer, songwriter and guitarist whose versatility extends from string quartets to pop songs and film and theatre scores. Born in California, raised in Italy, he draws inspiration from folk, pop, electronic and classical music, as well as beat poetry and the visual arts, he experiments with offbeat lyrics and sounds that challenge the listener's assumptions about dreams and 21st century realities. He performs as a guitarist and vocalist with his band David Loris & co. bringing a fresh blend of pop and folk to venues around Europe. His debut album as a singer-songwriter, 'Floating Away', will be released in 2010.

honeybird
honeybird is 'sweet like honey and quirky like a bird'. Founder of the trio 'honeybird & the birdies', honeybird is a charango-player with a knack for crafting songs stemming from and embracing her sonic adventures and world travels. Originally from Los Angeles, she has been living in Rome since 2000, has performed throughout Europe, Israel, the US, Canada, and Latin America - and is embarking on a Macedonia tour in April 2010. honeybird incorporates world music energies with an innovative sound, blending the sweet harmonies of folk, the dynamic drive of indie-rock, the passion of revolution and the all-embracing vibrations of the Pachamama. This is her third major soundtrack collaboration with Michele Braga.

The Niro
The Niro is a singer-songwriter who hails from Italy, a place he left to travel and play from the small and smokey clubs in Tucson, Arizona to the bohemienne Paris and Wien. He's a gifted singer-songwriter, and despite evocations of folk/acoustic music's long history, the truth is there are no reference points in his music. He has shared the stage with important artists such as Sondre Lerche, Deep Purple, Badly Drawn Boy, Carmen Consoli, Amy Winehouse, Okkervil River, and was recently chosen by Radiohead's manager Chris Hufford to sing in a new One Little Indian label project called Anti Atlas. He has just finished working on his second album 'Best Wishes' which will be released on March 26th, 2010.

Michele Braga
Born in Rome on 11th of April 1977, Michele Braga is a talented up and coming Italian film composer. The first important step in his career was made in 2000 when he teamed up with experimental techno genius Jacopo Carreras and Dj Dozzy to form Kitchentools. Their debut album 'Harmonize' was produced by Corrado Rizza of Wax Productions for Virgin/ExtraLabel. The videos of the singles 'Symphony of Memories' and 'Slam' achieved regular rotation on MTV and the project received critical acclaim. In 2003, Michele began a close collaboration with Piero Pelu', formerly lead singer of Litfiba. He worked on two records, 'Soggetti smarriti' e 'In faccia', writing and performing the Synth arrangements. His work with Piero Pelu came to a climax at the Live8 concert in Circo Massimo, after which he decided to refocus his talent on writing music for Flim and Television. Since 2007 he has worked on a impressive succession of projects, including the scores for 'Come Tu Mi Vuoi' (directed by V. de Biasi - Medusa/Ideacinema 2007), 'Iago' (directed by Cattleya/Medusa 2008) and Tutto L'Amore del Mondo (Maori film/Medusa, directed by Riccardo Grandi 2009).
