The Infamous Stringdusters Announce New Fall 2018 Tour Dates
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Continuing with their practice of performing more than 120 dates last year, THE INFAMOUS STRINGDUSTERS can't get enough of playing out on the road and are announcing a new string of Fall 2018 headlining tour dates. The GRAMMY-winning bluegrass mavericks will travel across the U.S., making stops in Atlanta, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Asheville, as well as a New York City show at The Gramercy Theatreon November 15. A list of current dates is below and more will be announced later. Tickets for the newly announced dates (indicated with an asterisk below) are on sale now (6/26), via an exclusive fan pre-sale at www.thestringdusters.com/tour; general ticket on-sale begins this Friday, June 29 at 10am local time. The Wooks will open the November 7-11 shows, with The Way Down Wonderers as support for November 13-17.

"We have been having so much fun running around the country this summer so far," guitarist Andy Falco shares. "Words alone could not express the gratitude we have for each and every one of you. Having the opportunity to get out and make music with you all - that's right, WITH you all - is truly an honor. We are in this together, and we are so excited for our fall tour when we will get together as a community and feel the positive energy we all make together. Can't wait to see you at one of these shows!"

THE STRINGDUSTERS--Andy Hall (dobro), Andy Falco (guitar), Chris Pandolfi(banjo), Jeremy Garrett (fiddle), and Travis Book (upright bass)--will make several festival appearances this summer, as well as play some notable headlining shows of their own. On July 17 and July 18, they'll perform two special shows at Harrah's Lake Tahoe, to follow Phish concerts in the area. On August 4, the band will return to the Colorado's famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre alongside co-headliners Yonder Mountain String Band, and special guests The Earls of Leicester and Horseshoes & Hand Grenades.

In addition to tackling their extensive touring schedule, THE STRINGDUSTERSrecently teased fans by revealing that they've completed recording of their next full-length studio album, their ninth overall and first to be released on their own newly launched record label, Tape Time Records. In a posting on Instagram, the group shared "Our new album is done!! Such an incredible last 8 days in the studio. We got deep into a bunch of new music and we are really excited about the way things turned out. Huge thanks to our amazing engineer/co-producer Billy Hume and to everyone here at Mighty Fine Productions in Denver."

The not-yet-titled project will be the latest in a series of recent releases which include the band's acclaimed studio album Laws Of Gravity -- "Best Bluegrass Album" at the 2018 GRAMMYs and #1 on Billboard's Bluegrass albums chart upon its January 2017 release. Last year, they also released a live album, Laws Of Gravity: Live!, recorded while out on the road and an EP of covers, Undercover Vol. 2.
