New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Classic Pianos has been named "Bösendorfer Dealer of the Year" by Yamaha Corporation of America, the world's largest musical instrument manufacturer.
The award was presented to the piano retailer at the 2020 NAMM music products convention held recently in Anaheim, California. Yamaha recognized Classic Pianos with the award for its sales and marketing success with Bösendorfer pianos.
Bösendorfer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yamaha Corporation and the world's oldest premium piano manufacturer. Built in Austria, Bösendorfer instruments are known for combining unique hand-crafted piano designs with their unmistakable sound, true to the rich culture of Viennese instruments.

With a family history of repairing pianos and a passion for the craft, Maurice Unis opened Moe's Pianos in the mid-70s, which quickly became Portland's most recognized name in piano sales and service. In 2001, Maurice opened Classic Pianos with his oldest son, Brian. Since then, all three of the Unis sons have become involved with the business and have helped expand Classic Pianos to seven states including locations in Portland, Oregon; Bellevue, Washington; Las Vegas, Nevada; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Denver, Colorado; Boston, Massachusetts; and Anchorage, Alaska.
