MONTREAL (Grand Entertainment & Music Inc.) - Grand Entertainment & Music Inc. announced today that the company's music division has entered into a joint venture with Plein Sud Inc. and Canadian based Tox Records.

Grand Entertainment & Music (GEM) Inc. and Plein Sud have jointly signed the French version of QBANITO's album to Tox Records. Tox Records is an independent record label known for such hit artists as Mitsou Les B. B., Dubmatique, Marie Chantel Toupen and Mentake. Tox is distributed throughout Quebec, the largest French speaking market in North America, by DEP entertainment. You may access Tox's company website at https://www.toxrecords.com/

Fred Berlin, Gem's President and CEO, stated, "This is a significant development for our company and for the artist. We fully expect this album to be a top seller in the French, as well as the Spanish markets. Furthermore, we are very pleased to be entering into this agreement with Tox records as it is one of the most recognizable record labels in this market." Berlin went on to say, "I am truly excited about the potential of this upcoming album and what it will mean to GEM. With the album and single already slated to be released in January 2006 throughout Europe by Universal Music France, the addition of the Tox record sales in the French Canadian market will truly solidify our future growth and success."
