LAVA Records Renews Partnership With Republic Records
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ LAVA Records) Republic Records is proud to announce that LAVA Records will continue its partnership with the label. Republic has delivered promotion, marketing, sales, and distribution services for LAVA which is run by industry trailblazer Jason Flom. Together, they've seen massive success breaking multi-million selling BRIT Award-winning UK superstar Jessie J worldwide and breaking Black Veil Brides in the hard rock world. On the horizon are more releases from those artists as well as Trans-SiberianOrchestra and up and coming pop singer Katy Tiz.

"LAVA is an incredible partner for us. Jason's commitment to finding and developing talent remains paramount to the label's success. We've always shared passion for breaking new acts, and working together has been immensely rewarding."

About renewing this deal, Republic C.E.O. and Co-President Monte Lipman comments, "LAVA is an incredible partner for us. Jason's commitment to finding and developing talent remains paramount to the label's success. We've always shared passion for breaking new acts, and working together has been immensely rewarding."

Flom echoes that excitement, "Republic is the perfect place for LAVA to grow and expand. Already, we've solidified the label as a crucial presence in the modern landscape. We're going to continue pushing the envelope together and bringing some great music to the mainstream."

About LAVA:
Jason Flom founded LAVA in 1995 as a joint venture with Atlantic Records. LAVA artists included such chart-toppers as Kid Rock, The Corrs, matchbox twenty, Uncle Kracker, Simple Plan, Edwin McCain, Sugar Ray and Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Cumulatively, these artists went on to sell in excess of 100 million records during the eight years of the label's initial existence until 2003 when he was elevated to Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Records. Through 2008, Flom served as Chairman & CEO of Capitol Music Group, where he personally signed Katy Perry and oversaw her rise to super stardom. Other breakthrough successes included Corinne Bailey Rae, KT Tunstall, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, 30 Seconds to Mars, Saving Abel and A Fine Frenzy among others. Then, Flom galvanized the Lava brand once more by entering into a deal with Republic and launching Jessie J and Black Veil Brides. Other acts now include Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Katy Tiz..
