ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (Starz Entertainment Group LLC) - Edward L. Huguez, executive vice president, affiliate sales & marketing of Starz Entertainment Group LLC (SEG), announced today the promotion of Andrew M. Nigolian and Christine Carrier to senior vice president, affiliate sales & marketing from vice president, affiliate sales. Nigolian works out of SEG's Philadelphia office, and Carrier is based in Atlanta. Both report to Huguez.

Nigolian manages the Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cablevision, Bright House, Adelphia and Bresnan accounts. Carrier has responsibility for Cox, Charter, NCTC, Mediacom, Insight, and CableOne.

"Christine and Andy are dynamic members of our sales force and have proven themselves effective negotiators and leaders," Huguez said. "I am pleased to announce their promotions and celebrate their dedication to selling Starz and Encore channels and services."

Nigolian came to SEG in 2000 from Time Warner Cable where he was vice president of sales and marketing. Since joining SEG, Nigolian has been instrumental in negotiating contracts with Comcast which resulted in development of new on demand products and their widespread distribution. A graduate of Princeton University with a BA and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Nigolian currently resides in Media, Penn., with his wife Marianne and his son and daughter.

Carrier joined SEG in November of 2000 from Showtime Networks, Inc. where she was account vice president. In her time with SEG, her accomplishments include successful contract negotiations with Cox Communications and Mediacom, resulting in widespread distribution of Starz On Demand. Carrier graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a BA and currently resides in Atlanta with her husband John and their two daughters.
