Tim Riley Music Consulting launches with established clients including George Collier and Infinity Records, LeAnn Rimes 2005 album release, Steve Popovich and Cleveland International Records, Vicki Vann, NY Songwriter Terence Burk, LA music attorney John W. Smith, and Nashville Skyline.

Riley began in the music business in 1969, working as an independent record promoter and marketing guru with entertainers such as The Rolling Stones, Billy Joel, REM, Whitney Houston, Bette Midler, Elton John, Dionne Warwick, Cher, among others. Then in 1983, Riley headed Northeast looking for something new and fresh to work on. That somewhere was Nashville and that something was the virtual unknown Garth Brooks. While in Nashville, Riley has helped in strategic marketing plans via audio and video tours with artists such as LeAnn Rimes, Shania Twain, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Dolly Parton, Hank Williams, Jr., among others.
