New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Attendees at the 69th Annual Union Gospel Mission (UGM) Dallas Praise & Thanksgiving banquet were captivated with four time ICMA Female Vocalist of the Year, Mary James. UGM Dallas, a local homeless shelter focused on providing a safe and healthy environment for homeless individuals and women with children, held the annual banquet to thank their numerous volunteers and staff. Ms.
James made a stop in Dallas as she traveled through the Lone Star
State making multiple stops at homeless shelters to inspire and offer hope through her music. She also took the opportunity to encourage women and children during a free concert at UGM's Center of Hope Women and Children's Shelter.
"Ms. James' performance was remarkable and perfectly suited for an evening of giving thanks," stated Bruce Butler, CEO of Union Gospel Mission Dallas. "She was able to truly connect with our residents at Center of Hope as she offered encouragement so beautifully conveyed through her music."
Mary will be returning to Dallas on December 15th to perform at Operation Care's Christmas Gift to be held at the Dallas Convention Center. UGM Dallas will also participate in the one day event that will bless 15,000 homeless individuals in the DFW Metroplex with coats, blankets and shoes. Nick Vujicic, inspirational and motivational speaker, will be the guest of honor at the event sharing his story of overcoming.

Texas that I can't wait to get back," commented Mary James. "God has called me to reach for those deeper, broken places so that people can find healing, strength, and hope for their journey."
