Wells Fargo, No Barriers Warriors Join Forces With Zac Brown Band
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (Top40 Charts) Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) has teamed up with three time GRAMMY award winning Zac Brown Band to introduce concert goers to the No Barriers Warrior Strong Pledge and Warriors to Summits. The program empowers a team of veterans and transitioning service members with disabilities to overcome barriers - both small and huge - by working together to live a life of purpose. Wells Fargo has been committed to military, veterans and their families for more than 160 years and has sponsored the 2014 and 2015 Warriors to Summits programs.

The 2015 Warriors to Summits team of wounded veterans is training to ascend Gannett Peak in Wyoming on Sept 11, 2015 following three team training sessions. During their second training in Park City, Utah, the team had the opportunity to meet Zac Brown Band. Like Wells Fargo, Zac and his band have been strong supporters of those serving the nation, veterans and their families and look forward to promoting the Warriors to Summits program.

"We're lucky to be in a position to help bring awareness to the Warriors to Summits program," said Zac Brown. "It's great that companies such as Wells Fargo help support No Barriers USA and veterans. If we can inspire other people to support veterans through this initiative, as well as others, then that's a good thing."

At select Zac Brown Band concerts, Wells Fargo will host a promotional activation station that will give attendees the opportunity to take the Warrior Strong Pledge:

I PLEDGE to respect, support and honor our veterans for being an example of courage and strength both in their service and their transition back home. I promise to follow their example and become warrior strong. I will always remember that no matter what barriers I face, what's within me is stronger than what's in my way.

The activation station will also feature photo ops in front of a backdrop of the band, a looping video of the band with the Warriors to Summits team, and bandanas and dog tag giveaways. Concerts cities include Boston, Washington, D.C., New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas and Mountain View (California).

"By working together with Zac Brown Band, we hope to get the word out about Warriors to Summits and the challenges facing wounded veterans," said Jamie Moldafsky, Wells Fargo Chief Marketing Officer and No Barriers USA Board Member. "Our goal is to share these inspirational veteran stories that show us there's no problem so big that we can't overcome it - one small measure at a time. We believe that small measures can make a big difference for individuals and communities, and that little by little, we can do a lot."
