New Biga*Ranx Album "Good Morning Midnight" Out Now On X-Ray Production
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ X-Ray Production) A year and a half after the release of his first opus "On Time", Biga*Ranx has returned to his rightful place at centre stage this spring with his second album "Good Morning Midnight". This new project, energised by the unstoppable flow of Biga*, plunges us into the artist's unique universe, navigating a new territory between Digital Reggae, Hip Hop and Bass music.

As he puts it so well himself, Biga* wanted to 'interpret his own music'. The new album therefore comprises 20 phenomenal tracks from the artistic melting pot of Biga*Ranx. The proof of this comes in the Cumbia-inspired "Buck a Shot" which transports the listener directly to Columbia, or even "Bad to the Bone" with its Reggae-Trap influences. However true Reggae soul remains the backbone of the album, especially in tracks such as "Boogie Man Skank" or "Confession".

When writing the album, Biga* called inspiration from different talented beat-makers such as the British collective Vibronics and Danish producers Maffi. The French scene is also well represented by artists such as Manu Digital, Tom Fire, Atili Bandalero and even Barbés D.

"Good Morning Midnight" contains just one track with a featuring artist: "Big City Dweller" Feat. Potential Kidd. It was during filming for the documentary 'Biga in Jamaica' (France Ô / Nova Prod) that Biga* had the opportunity to meet this dancehall artist with whom he had an immediate artistic rapport and a red-hot collaboration.

Biga* likes to sing real life, always taking a personal approach. He tackles the big themes of his generation but adds touches of positivity and combativeness, bringing himself closer to the original message of Reggae music.

Since February 2013, Biga*Ranx has been roaming France on his "Good Morning Tour". Accompanied by his new live line-up, Biga* and his group propose a truly explosive show, packed with contagious energy. He will be in concert at the famous 'La Cigale' in Paris on the 25th May 2013, before launching himself into a European summer festival tour taking him from Garorock to Solidays, via Germany and its famous Summerjam festival.

Once more, originality and creativity are foregrounded by this young prodigy who is sure to impress. Reggae amateurs, Hip-Hop fans and Bass-addict clubbers alike will be captivated by the indefinable style of Biga*Ranx and the originality of his album "Good Morning Midnight".
