New York, NY (Top40 Charts) With clever bars, irresistible pop hooks, and an inspirational message, Vancouver's SonReal is a superstar in the making. Last year's debut album, One Long Dream, which featured production from DJ Khalil, spawned big records like "Can I Get A Witness" (13.5M Spotify), "Problems" (2.6M Spotify), and "No Warm Up" (2M Spotify). He then embarked on a 42 city North American tour and released a collaboration with the legendary Babyface, "My Friend." This summer, SonReal is back with new music and another signature quirky music video.

SonReal returns to his roots for new track "Have A Nice Day," produced by Trevor Muzzy, as he displays wit through clever punchlines and vulnerability in the catchy chorus. Directed by long time collaborators Peter Huang and Mad Ruk Entertainment, the video finds the Vancouver native photoshopping his face onto other people (and dog)'s bodies, with additional cameos coming from friends and peers in the Toronto rap scene.

Born in a small town in rural British Columbia, SonReal is one of the most acclaimed and popular rising stars in Canada, earning six Juno Awards nominations, garnering a win at the MuchMusic Video Awards, and performing in front of 10 million viewers at the opening ceremony for the Canadian Football League's Grey Cup, one of Canada's biggest sporting events, alongside Shania Twain. Known for his creative and often goofily humorous music videos, such as the post-apocalyptic slapstick of his recent "Repo Man," SonReal recently released One Long Dream, his debut album. An infectious and inspiring record with Indian-American singer-songwriter Sid Sriram as the only guest artist, One Long Dream showcases SonReal's facility with melody, his relatable charisma, and his sense of humor. Premiered by Highsnobiety, the album features singles and highlights such as the hit single "Can I Get A Witness?," which has over 10 million streams on Spotify and 6 million views on YouTube, "Potential," a moving power ballad with a China-set video, and the uplifting "Problems," with over 1 million streams on Spotify and a place on Spotify's Pop All Day playlist.
