A Great Big World And Christina Aguilera's "Say Something" Debuts No 1 On Billboard Digital Songs Chart
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Epic Records) A Great Big World has had a great big week. There has been nothing but talk about A Great Big World's "Say Something" with Christina Aguilera which debuts at #1 on Billboard Digital Songs chart with nearly 200,000 sold first week.

As soon as it was released in tandem with their simple and powerful performance on NBC's The Voice, the single vaulted to #1 on the iTunes Overall Top Songs Chart and debuts at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. "Say Something" has quickly become a universal phenomenon, setting up the duo of Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino to become one of 2013's biggest success stories.

Additionally, the twosome are tapped to perform at the 2013 installment of the prestigious Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, set to air on CBS Tuesday December 10 at 10/9c. They'll be performing "Say Something" at one of fashion's most talked-about events of the year, along with performances from Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy, and Neon Jungle.

As everything continues to roll ahead at full speed, the boys remain gracious. "This is all an absolute dream come true," they commented. "And now the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show! It seems as if every day we are having once in a lifetime experiences. We feel so lucky. The past few weeks have felt like a roller coaster, and we're hanging on and just trying to enjoy each moment as much as we can."

Recently, A Great Big World filmed the music video for "Say Something" with Christina in Los Angeles. Tweeting photos from the set, the songstress stirred up a flurry of anticipation for the video, which is set to debut later this month. This is all leading into the release of band's forthcoming debut full length album, Is There Anybody Out There? due out January 14th.

A Great Big World, which features New York-based singer-songwriting duo Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino, has received critical acclaim from both the press and music community for the undeniably emotional song. They are also known for the viral hit "This Is the New Year," which solidified them as an indie pop presence with staggering YouTube views and numerous syncs on film and television. The duo crafted a six-song EP funded entirely on Kickstarter by fans which got them signed to Black Magnetic / Epic Records and are known for their positive, piano-driven pop songs and heartwarming lyrics. The group's debut full-length album Is There Anybody Out There? will feature both the original and Christina Aguilera version of "Say Something," and will be released January 14th.
