LONDON, UK (FA announcement) - The Football Association (FA) have revealed their frankly substandard official song for the European Cup 2004. FA has decided to release a cover of The Farm's 'Altogether Now' by DJ Spoony as their official song for the European Cup.

Most of the previous efforts tend to mirror England's performances - failing in both the charts and with the fans who prefer favourites such as Euro 96's Three Lions and the 1990 World Cup's World In Motion.

'All Together Now' is going to be released on May 31. The members of FA are saying that "All together now", which was originally written about the Christmas Day truce during the First World War when British and German soldiers played football on No Man's Land, has what it takes to earn a place in footballing history.
