Blatantly Blunt Showcase With Micall Parknsun, Taz And More At Portobello Live! Festival On Sunday April 30
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts) As part of our 10th anniversary celebration, the Blatantly Blunt showcase on April 30 will feature established and emerging hip hop and grime talent, hailing predominantly from UK, but also Zimbabwe, Canada and South Africa.

It's back! For the third year running, Portobello Live! returns to West London with its winning formula of music, spoken word, performance and art, held over the May Day bank holiday in association with dance label Wall Of Sound and Rough Trade records. This year's festival also takes a retrospective look at Rock Against Racism, a movement which sprang into life 40 years ago.

Headliners on the day will be widely revered emcee and producer Micall Parknsun, Taz, whose seminal debut album in 2004 was signed to Def Jam UK and laid the groundwork for today's sound, and Potent Whisper the Brixton activist, spoken word and grime artist who brings his subversive message via the power of the grime sound.
We got a mention on TV channel London Live who invited the festival's organizers on air - watch it via IG here.

On top of that there will be a live graffiti jam and a whole host of hip hop and grime talent from 4pm.
£10 on the door for this event or just £20 for the whole festival!
