New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Decca Label Group) - Canada's Gold-selling, vocal group The Canadian Tenors have been winning over U.S. audiences with their heartfelt melodies and compelling live performances since the release of their self-titled Decca debut last fall. Hailed by 15-time-Grammy-winning producer David Foster as "following in the footsteps of Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli," The Canadian Tenors - in the midst of an 80-city North American tour, and are set to kick off a week of major TV appearances, fittingly on the eve of the XXI Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver. First stop on the TV circuit is The Oprah Winfrey Show, airing Wednesday, February 10th.

The Oprah Winfrey Show appearance is a dream-come-true for the Tenors. The four members - Clifton Murray, Victor Micallef, Remigio Pereira and Fraser Walters - were surprised by Celine Dion on stage during their moving performance of "Hallelujah," the classic Leonard Cohen song thoughtfully interpreted by the Tenors for their debut CD.

In addition to the Oprah appearance, The Canadian Tenors can also be seen on the popular Dr. Phil Show on Friday, February 12th, appropriately featured as part of their of Valentine's Day theme show. On Sunday, February 14th, the Canadian Tenors do their country proud by singing the Canadian National Anthem at the 2010 NBA All-Star Game live from Cowboys Stadium, airing at 8PM eastern time on TNT, Score Canada, ESPN Radio and in more than 200 countries. The group will be performing alongside half-time superstar performers Alicia Keys, Shakira and Usher.

The Canadian Tenors have performed to over a million people on five continents, and were most recently featured on David Foster's acclaimed Hitman tour. An accomplished foursome, they have shared the stage with such notable artists including Sting, Sheryl Crow, Neil Young, John Legend, Andrea Bocelli and Sarah McLachlan, and also count former President Bill Clinton as just one of their many fans. Look for The Canadian Tenors to be featured on Public Television later this year, appearing in their very own headlining concert special, with guest appearances by Sarah McLachlan and David Foster.
