New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Epic Records) Gifted songwriter and rapper Christian Combs has signed an exclusive recording deal with Bad Boy Entertainment/Epic Records.
The signing was overseen by Epic Chairman and CEO LA Reid, and his long-time friend and musical partner, Grammy Award-winning artist, producer, entrepreneur Sean 'Diddy' Combs aka Puff Daddy, Christian's father and the founder of hip-hop's iconic Bad Boy Entertainment.
In late-2015, Bad Boy signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Epic that includes distribution through Sony
Music Entertainment. Since the deal,
Puff Daddy has had a string of hits and just released his latest, 'You Could Be My Lover" featuring
Ty Dolla $ign and Gizzle, from his critically-acclaimed album MMM (November 2015).
'King' Combs, as Christian is known, took to Instagram to express his excitement over being able to spread his New York City-inspired sound worldwide: "Yesterday was the greatest day of my life -- it was the day a dream came true. I got signed to Bad Boy and Epic Records. I'm extremely thankful for everything that God has blessed me with and I will never take it for granted.
