Chrome Cats Deliver New Music Video For Billboard Hit "Best Life"
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ LaFamos Press) The unstoppable brother sister duo, Chrome Cats, have pumped up their star power and originality into their latest music video for the Billboard hit, "Best Life". The LakeFront Records duo released the single "Best Life" in September and since have been climbing the Billboard charts steadily each week, currently holding a spot on the Top 50 Billboard Indicator Charts. Giving their fans what they have been begging for, their official music video is now available on Vevo featuring the dazzling city of Chicago.

The jazzy rapper and powerhouse singer are commonly described as the love child of Kanye West and Rihanna with their carefree spirit, positive message and unforgettable beats. Launching with a harmonious starter from Jamila and rap hooks from KJ, Chrome Cats' new single "Best Life" is a celebratory song about living a life where you are free to do and be whoever you are - living in the moment. It's a universal positive anthem aimed to instill happiness and excitement within their listeners. Produced by Floyd "Timeless" Thomas, the track is an infectious mix of hip-hop and pop beats featuring vibrating bass, snares and propulsive drums. Directed by Peter Campbell, the video was shot around the passionate city of Chicago, highlighting landmarks of the city. The pair exposes the street culture, with dancers and the fashion within the city. Be sure to check out the propulsive new video, now on Vevo.

The talented twosome are originally from California before eventually moving to Fort Wayne, IN which lead them to explore the Chicago urban music scene. The siblings learned at a young age the importance of professionalism as they competed as dancers in a hip-hop dance academy. Musicality became an important essence for the daily life and music creation quickly took a front seat to dancing. In the summer of 2006, KJ and Jamila's cousins and two friends created a musical group for casual entertainment and realized how much they loved writing and recording. As work and school presumed, it became apparent that the future of the band would lie in the hands of KJ and Jamila. The Sims' decided to keep making music and formed the band Chrome Cats that eventually signed with LakeFront Records. They wrote and recorded music religiously in order to sculpt and mould a unique sound that would be comfortable and represent them in the truest way and generated a cult-like following with roughly a quarter-million views on YouTube, and a continuously growing fan base on Facebook. In May of 2012, Chrome Cats released their first national single, "DNA of A Winner", produced by three-time Billboard charting producer Floyd "Timeless" Thomas, marking the return of real lyricism, feel-good urban music with an introspective angle. They've also released a music video for their single "Flight to Paradise," which helped launch their success and put them on the map as unique artists and refined performers.

With a consistent delivery of high-quality music, Chrome Cats are destined for a golden future. Stay tuned by visiting www.ChromeCats.com and check out "Best Life" on Vevo and iTunes!
