Cults Share Offering (Mike Simonetti Remix), Plus US Fall/Winter 2018 Tour Dates Announced
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The New York duo Cults share a Mike Simonetti remix of the title track to their 2017 album Offering. Simonetti had this to say about the remix, "Usually when I do remixes I only keep the vocal and maybe a little bit of the original music. I like to take the vocal and build a new song around it. This particular song was a lot slower than what I am usually remixing for the dance floor. I really love the vocals because they reminded me of an old 80s new wave song or maybe even something like Madonna or freestyle. I wanted to make the remix kind of sound new wavy like Flesh For Lulu or New Order , yet keep it a dark and heavy dance for track. I wanted to balance the melody in the dark turn on patterns. It seems to be one of my more popular remixes recently and it always gets a great reaction on the dance floor."

Cults have also announced a run of U.S. tour dates kicking off on November 30th in Washington, DC and taking them to NYC, LA, Boston, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, and Sonoma this December. See below for a full rundown.

While Cults made their name in black and white - a pair of film school dropouts who in 2010 burst onto the New York scene with a perfect single and a darkly retro sound - Offering is an exciting collection of songs exploding with heart, confidence, shimmering melody and buzzing life.
