New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Brooklyn's FEVER HIGH announced their upcoming Avec You EP (out February 22) with the release of a video for the EP's title track. Blackbook praised the video, saying it "is a pastiche of sensual but thought-provoking images, surely begging to be analyzed for historical artistic references," and that the song "grooves along with impossibly cool aplomb (shades of early Bananarama)." "Avec You" was featured in Spotify's New Music Friday playlist and was praised by Atwood Magazine, who said the song "is at its heart so simple, yet it makes you feel infinite - like you are dancing through the streets of Paris, bathed in moonlight."

The duo - multi-instrumentalists Reni Lane and Anna Nordeen - have also found fans in places like Billboard, NPR Music, Bitch Media, The New York Times, The Guardian, and Interview Magazine who described the group's sound as a "fizzy blast of electro-pop." The EP also features production from Adam Schlesinger (Fountains of Wayne, Ivy) who produced the indie-pop duo's 2017 album FHNY and their 2016 debut EP All Work.

"Our friend Katie Hayden directed this video - she did a great job building off of the ballet references and Franglais of the lyrics by combining dance footage with a touch of retro French film vibe," Anna said of the video.

Reni found inspiration for the song in the aftermath of a breakup, saying "I'd recently been through a breakup and was in Paris soon afterwards. I ended up having the time of my life there; making new friends, music, and memories for life. So the song was definitely inspired by those crazy Parisian adventures and the potential one night has to change your perspective on everything in life and love."
