GRAMMY Award Nominee Damion Murrill & His Ensemble Siloam Drop Brand New Single "Kingdom Come"
Wilmington, NC (Top40 Charts/ Tehillah Enterprises) Gospel Artist Damion Murrill has been groomed by the best. Protégé of multiple award-winning producer, songwriter and choir director Donald Lawrence, Murrill rose to fame as part of his family group, The Murrills. The ensemble was known for backing Lawrence as part of the Tri-City Singers and The Company and for their Billboard-charting hits and GRAMMY and Stellar Award Nominations. Now the Divinity Music Group recording artist, Damion Murrill, steps out from the family group and delivers a brand new single entitled "Kingdom Come". Featuring the dynamic backing vocals of his group, Siloam, the track is perfect for Sunday Morning. Serviced to Gospel radio in early January, the track has already been getting rave reviews from listeners and programmers alike. "Kingdom Come" is currently available on iTunes. Listen to a snippet of "Kingdom Come" here: https://bit.ly/19U9Yss.

Murrill, a gifted songwriter, has a purpose in mind when he creates music. "When I write music, I try to create a world that will allow people to be exposed to God's message in the same magnitude that it was ministered to me," shares Damion. "I was overwhelmed with joy when I heard that people were calling in and requesting 'Kingdom Come' after the single release. It gave me the feeling of purpose and fulfillment to see that the message was translated well."

GRAMMY and Dove Award Winner Donald Lawrence enjoys the single as well and encourages others to listen to it. "Start your new year off on a fresh and uplifting note with a little help from my brother, Damion Murrill of The Murrills. His new single, 'Kingdom Come' will definitely inspire and motivate you!"

Murrill and Siloam have been blessed to share the stage with Dr. Bobby Jones, Tamela Mann and Lisa Page Brooks. Hailing from Wilmington, NC, and other parts of North Carolina, the group was formed just a couple of years ago. A collection of 16 gifted singers, Siloam, which means "sent", is called to inspire through the vehicle of music. With one listen to "Kingdom Come", it's plain to see that Siloam knows how to give God praise.

The new song, "Kingdom Come", is the lead single from the forthcoming project, Take A Stand. The debut release from Damion Murrill & Siloam, the project contains a variety of Gospel music from choir jams to worship songs to inspirational cuts. Murrill, a songwriter, producer and choir director, is the visionary of the new CD. The project is scheduled to hit stores and digital music outlets in the spring.

Damion Murrill grew up singing with his brothers and sister in Wilmington, NC. The son of an evangelist and a pastor, Murrill took to music while growing up in church. Since that time, he's flourished in music ministry working with everyone from Donald Lawrence to Tommy Sims to PJ Morton - just to name a few. He's been spotted on BET's Bobby Jones Gospel and TBN's Dino Show and has shared the stage with well-known artists such as Kirk Franklin, Walter Hawkins, Karen Clark-Sheard, Mary Mary, Donnie McClurkin, J. Moss, Fred Hammond, CeCe Winans, Angie Stone and many more. In addition, he serves as Minister of Music at Word Changing Hearts Ministries in Wilmington, NC.
