LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Go Dutch PR Team) - This is the third time in a row that the International party concept 'Go Dutch' is to host their own arena on the second day of the English festival weekender Creamfields. On Sunday the 29th of August between 12.00 and 23.00 you can hear a full team of Dutch top-class artists. The representatives this year will be Sandro Silva, Sunnery
James & Ryan Marciano,
Oliver Twizt, Mightyfools, DJ Rockid, Jaimie Fanatic, Boemklatsch, Hardwell,
Bingo Players and Dan Stezo MC. 'Go Dutch' offers a wide variety of electronic dance music instead of focussing on one style which is common at a festival stage.
Creamfields (28th and 29th of August) has been the Number One Dance Music festival in the UK for over eleven years. Next to the twelve areas on the festival property there is a camping community for two nights, where three quarters of the visitors will stop for the night. The property of Daresbury will be taken over by 'The Dutch' on the second day at Creamfields.
Go Dutch line-up
Sandro Silva will be opening the Go Dutch Arena on Sunday. This up-and-coming DJ/producer is famed for his rhythmic and melodious sounds. He gained credibility with his remixes of Tiesto's 'Lethal Industry' and 'We No Speak Americano' (Yolanda Be Cool vs. DCUP). His solo releases will soon be released on Sneakerz MUZIK label. Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano are going sky-high. After their own Amazone project that sold out last February, this duo performed for the first time at the prestigious Sensation White in Amsterdam on July 3rd. This summer they will play three times at Pacha Ibiza, where they will fire up the crowd for Swedish House Mafia. Don't miss out on these headliners!
Oliver 'Do the Monkey' Twizt was one of the two from Skitzofrenix but he has gone solo for a while now. The Afrojack's 'Polkadots' remix he produced is gaining support from almost every key DJ, and this one is very likely to be heard by the crowd at Creamfields. David Guetta said about the track: "I love the Oliver Twizt, it's gangster!" And he would know. The wonder boys Mightyfools rock the dance floor too. Their sound is a mash-up of house, disco, electro and a huge dose of rock 'n roll, with a phat beat and a pumping bass. Their latest production 'DJ Manie ft. Casablanca Connect Kiesz' (Mightyfools Remix) released on Laidback Luke's label Mixmash is one to keep a close eye on.
DJ Rockid locks the sounds in your ears from 16:30 where 'The harder, the better' seems to be his motto. The quintuple Dutch DMC winner and FokTop! label owner isn't only successful in the Netherlands but also across the border. He swings his own material as well as productions from others into the world via FokTop! You can expect a mix of electro, funk, bootytech, breaks, and ghetto house. The last half hour of his set will be back2back with his mate; Jaimie Fanatic will take over until 19:00. Jaimie is currently working on the finishing touches of his artist album, and will be playing a broad selection of his own material at the festival. Indie Electro House is what he calls his sound, and the crowd will be eagerly awaiting his set.
Next it will be ! time for Boemklatsch. This is a colourful and energetic collective that will, without a doubt, give an unforgettable performance. This crew sees beyond the end of their nose and they are not afraid of partying harder than their crowd. Boemklatsch has been asked by Gorillaz to create an official remix from their track 'Rhinestone Eyes' after they produced a couple of well received remixes for C-Mon & Kypski, Stars & Sons, Baskerville and Shameboy. The lads are producing between gigs to guarantee the release of this remix in August and you can hear it at Creamfields! Hardwell is a lad who takes his love for house very seriously. He is one of the leading figures amongst the younger generation of hard working DJ/producers. At the age of 22 he has made remixes for an impressive list of DJs such as Fedde le Grand, Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Bob Sinclar, Chris Lake, Funkerman, Laidback Luke, Sharam and Steve Angello.
The closing set is perfect for the Bingo Players. Last year this duo made furore in the Go Dutch area on Creamfields and earlier this year they did a Creamfields tour through Australia. In June they toured through the USA and Canada where they did ten gigs in twelve days. They are of solid value in the Beatport charts, like their last hit 'Tom's Diner'. MC Dan Stezo is host of the Go Dutch Arena. He is a true chameleon. After a drum and bass phase with theFringe he brought hard avant-garde. Boundaries are explored and crossed if necessary, and necessary it often is. House, electro and UK sounds are the best genres he is able to handle, which comes in handy for the Dutchman at a party like Creamfields.
The Dutch DJ heroes Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Joris Voorn and Laidback Luke will not be in the Go Dutch area but are also present at Creamfields. Other International names are David Guetta, Deadmau5, Paul van Dyk, Pete Tong, Swedish House Mafia, Richie Hawtin and Sven V?th.
