New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Jack River has shared new track "Limo Song" with a marvelously playful video, effervescently embracing what she calls "that melancholic dream world where you're looking back and looking forwards all at once." The song debuted on triple j last night. Jack River has just concluded an entirely sold-out Australian tour and will release new album Sugar Mountain on June 22 via Hopeless Utopian. Following, this fall, she'll play her largest venues yet.

The video for '"Limo Song," like its predecessors, is the product of the undeniably kinetic creative partnership between Holly Rankin (Jack River) and director Matt Sav (Tame Impala, Pond). Set in an ice-cream shop, the clip is as sweet as it would taste, highlighting that infectious feeling of love and lust with a bold, provocative edge - the perfect balance of glitter and grit we have come to expect from Jack River.

Today's release continues to prove Jack's perfected blend of guts and sparkle. First single "Fool's Gold" amassed over 3 million streams and sliding into triple j's Hottest 100 ranking. "Fault Line" followed with forceful rhythm and a speedy-quick 1 million streams. While While most recent single "Ballroom" pulses with defiant energy, "Limo Song" is a tentatively outstretched hand, full of poignant yet unanswered questions.

Under her Jack River moniker, Holly Rankin is a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer and director. Rankin is also the creator of Grow Your Own Festival in her hometown of Forster in NSW - a festival dedicated to showcasing the widespread talent of the local community. She is also the mastermind behind Electric Lady - a platform focused on amplifying the strength of women in music, politics, science, sport and beyond. She not only actively speaks out for gender equality in the music industry, but enacts it, and cultivates platforms for other women to do the same.
