New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Jacob Collier rings in the holiday spirit with his colossal and magical reimagination of a timeless classic, "The Christmas Song" (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire). With a similarly A Capella approach to his unforgettable GRAMMY-winning arrangement of "Moon River," hundreds of Jacob-voices combine to create a tapestry of beautiful, jaw-dropping harmonic fabrics. The song culminates in an epic emotional crescendo, offering a powerful nostalgic warmth to the Christmas season.

In the video released today, a forest of Christmas trees and the pages of picture books come to life with singing Jacobs, a new take on the multi-framed videos that he's created throughout his career. The photos themselves are of places he has been and hopes to go, a way to reminisce while staying home this holiday season.
Following previous holiday releases with Tori Kelly ("Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas") and JoJo ("Noelle"), "The Christmas Song" marks Collier's most ambitious Christmas offering yet, and a bit of a festive celebration to cap his biggest year of breakthroughs to date.

Since winning his third and fourth GRAMMYs in January, Jacob Collier led a career-changing streak of collaborations behind his latest project, Djesse Vol. 3(Interscope/Decca/Hajanga). The album featured Daniel Caesar, Jessie Reyez, Kiana Ledé, Kimbra, Mahalia, Rapsody, T-Pain, Tank and The Bangas, Tori Kelly and Ty Dolla $ign, while the music was met with praise from The New York Times, Time, Entertainment Weekly, Teen Vogue and millions of fans across the world.

In 2020, Jacob made his late-night television debuts on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Later… with Jools Holland, while delivering groundbreaking home performances for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and NPR's Tiny Desk, and appearing on Amanpour, Vice News Tonight, NPR Weekend Edition, video series for Wired, ELLE, Seventeen, Genius, TED and more.

Outside of his own music, Jacob Collier worked with the likes of SZA and Chris Martin throughout the year, and announced a world tour of nearly 100 concerts through a revolutionary, risk-free reservation system.
