New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Today, international pop artist Johnny Orlando unveils the alluring visuals for his latest track "Daydream" via Universal Music and Island Records.
Directed by Alex P Smith and shot in Orlando's hometown of Toronto, the video combines an array of hazy, dreamlike colours and effects, offering a glimpse into his "Daydream". Upon release, "Daydream" made its broadcast premiere on MTV Live, MTVU and on the ViacomCBS Times Square billboard.

"This music video was an absolute experience to create. Everything happened so quickly, and people had to take on each other's tasks. Still, everybody was so dedicated to making the sickest music video possible under the circumstances and creating something beautiful," said Orlando. "The concept revolves around the title of the song, 'Daydream.' I didn't want there to be too many special effects or post-production work, as the goal was to have the video feel exactly like a dream. I don't know how I got there, which you never do when you dream, and everything throughout the video is just ever so slightly off. I feel like the video perfectly captures the essence of the song, and I'm so happy we can finally show it to the world."

A follow-up to the stand-out track "I Don't (with DVBBS)" released in March 2021, "Daydream" marks the beginning of a steady release of music from Orlando through the rest of 2021 as he builds toward a new project coming in 2022. "I Don't" and "Daydream" both offer intriguing previews of Orlando's varying musical palette and ever-evolving sound.
