Lily Lyon Shares Sultry Pop Single 'Stuck'
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Singer-songwriter Lily Lyon kickstarts her music career with her stunning single 'Stuck' demonstrating her affinity for sublime pop. Taking her cues from the silky production of acts like Amy Winehouse and incorporating elements of indie and alternative - Lily Lyon's music is deeply inspired by household names like Kesha and Miley Cyrus.

The sultry track highlights the feeling of being burned too many times by past lovers. The story is painted through Lily's lyrical imagery and catchy hook. A sexy song on the struggles of modern dating and surrendering to desire. This is Lily Lyon's third single release and it takes a different turn from her usual Latin vibe. 'Stuck' has an Amy Winehouse feel with a 2020 twist.

Speaking more on the track Lily explained: Stuck is about my recovery period after massive heartbreak. I think we've all been there, it's when you're finally ready and excited to put yourself out there but you're also still quite raw. What isn't quite obvious is that the song is about anxiety, the "people-pleasing" anxiety that many women suffer to have our minds made up and put our own needs and wants last. There is already a heavy stereotype around women not knowing what they want and so the songs starts off with this internal debate with myself and by the end there's some acceptance of it. A realization that it is okay to not know and it's okay to take it day by day.
'Stuck' is set to release February 14th and will be available on all streaming platforms.
