Moodbay Score Another Top Ten Dance Hit
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Moodbay are back with another Music Week Club Chart hit - this time their latest dance single 'I Got You' has climbed to number 10, as with their debut single 'Listen Up (Remix)'.

The duo are enjoying mounting successes in the world of dance, and as lockdown has eased, their music has enjoyed being played in bars across the country as many clubs are still forcibly closed.

Interestingly, the pair also released a different-feel track 'Like Nobody Else' which is more indie electronic in genre. This was made Track Of The Week on BBC Introducing Tees, and made it the A Playlist at BBC Radio Wales.

An upcoming indietronica duo who are causing a stir with their consistently catchy releases; Moodbay are Anna Stephens and Alfie Cattell. With a flare for melody, this talented writing team are managing to bridge the gap between underground rawness and commercially-viable music. Having only released their debut single last year, the pair have already enjoyed a string of successes. They certainly made the most of pre-lockdown gigging, playing for tens of thousands of people for shows hosted by Metro Radio in the North-East, including the Christmas Lights alongside Sam Fender.

With new songs being penned and self-produced non-stop, watch this space as the prolific duo continue to release more bangers this year and beyond. If you're lucky enough to catch them live soon, you'll be in for a treat - powerful live vocals from Anna (Ellie Goulding style) and killer keys playing from producer Alfie will have you hooked. It's only a matter of time before Moodbay get their big break.
