New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Sogni Records/ 7 Entertainment) - Indie newcomer and international pop recording artist, Brian Anthony, continues his philanthropic efforts this holiday season by releasing his charity Christmas song, "One Wish (This Christmas Time)" enlisting the help of Jeff Timmons from 98 Degrees fame (Motown/Universal Music Group). A portion of the proceeds from this two version holiday bundle (downloadable from iTunes) goes to The One Campaign, AmFar, and The American Red Cross.

"My intention, when I wrote the song, was to donate a portion of the proceeds to those who really needed it in this very turbulent time of world change and challenging global economic climate. So many families have suffered significant loss of loved ones fighting in the war Iraq as well as those severely injured while overseas serving and are (currently) in the hospital. I also thought of all the friends I personally have lost to AIDS and how I miss them most every Christmas time. And of course, there isn't a day that goes by any of us don't hear about the global economic crisis in the news headlines. So I thought, what better way to help than by using my music and writing a Christmas song - and making my contribution." Brian adds, 'Look, I may not raise millions (although I hope to raise a lot to do the greatest good for the most people), or even make a dent in solving these major issues, but I at least wanted to do my part in the way I knew I could do it best- even if in just some small way, raising an emotional consciousness with my Christmas song.'

Brian is no stranger to making charitable contributions. Most recently, Brian donated his time, talent, and four thousand dollars out of pocket, to fly himself and his dancers to Windsor, Ontario Canada to sing for the Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies for their televised Provincial Games at the WFCU Hockey Stadium. There he would perform his song 'Champion' (previously written as the 2005 Opening Ceremonies Anthem for his Long Beach Stadium show in California), premiere its music video he filmed in Beijing on the Great Wall of China during the '08 Olympics -cutting a "special version" himself with the aid of Thom Calderone, 'Aliens In The Attic' super-editor, and with the kind donation of the cutting rooms by FOX Post Production- right on the film studio lot.

He also got the six thousand person attendees "worked up" when performing the U.S. Billboard and UK Music Week Top 10 dance track of the same name as well as his current single "Electricity", complete with their music videos running simultaneously during the live choreographed numbers. View a rough cut of Brian's charitable adventure to Canada in a "mobisode" from his upcoming original "straight to mobile" reality series through FoxMobile Studios based on his unbelievable musical journey, "Becoming : BRIAN" seen online at YouTube.

Brian then teams up with Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees (Motown/UMG) - https://www.jefftimmons.com - who lends his vocal talents in backgrounds to blend with Brian's heartfelt vocals on the urban and orchestral versions of the Christmas track. 'Jeff is not only an amazing singer, but he is an accomplished- business savvy artist, songwriter, producer. I never thought we'd end up working on a project together at all. It was one thing for him to agree to sing on the track, and then Jeff selflessly agrees to record his vocals- For free! It was incredible - and unheard of. Jeff has so much talent, and such a big heart. I totally look up to him in this industry.'

The winning combination of voices can also be heard bundled in an EP for Brian's latest dance release for 'Electricity" appropriately coined "The Breaking Point Remixes'. Originally, the main version of "Electricity"(feat. Ya Boy) was placed theatrically in "Aliens In The Attic" for 20th Century Fox starring Ashley Tisdale. It was also just released to DVD through FOX HOME Ent. for the holidays, with the song and promo music video being a choice "bonus feature". Now, Brian has just released a two part remix EP that includes free 'Album Only' cuts of his Christmas track with Jeff, in a special holiday bundle just for iTunes. And if that wasn't enough - the remix project still very early in promotion, officially took the coveted No 1 Breakout position on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Play Chart beating out Madonna, Three 6 Mafia, and Kelis. Not bad for the indie poster boy of D.I.Y.- forced to fly solo with no manager, no major label, and doing everything completely on his own. With sleep being a luxury for Brian these days, it's looking like his efforts are suddenly paying off.

The 'Electricity' remixes featuring Sunfreakz, Lenny B, Scotty K, and Mike Rizzo, coupled with Brian's holiday song, will be available for these final days leading up to Christmas. To ensure a successful effort, Brian has decided to extend the charity promotion throughout the life of the record in its fourteen week promotion. Brian mentions, "If I'm going to do this right, I have to go all the way. Extending the charity effort will give me the opportunity to become involved with 2010 Spring/Summer fashion lines and shows in LA, NY, Miami, Paris, and Milan for fashion week, hopefully performing at those runway shows and getting designers to use the very "fashion friendly" mixes (like the Mike Rizzo Club Remixes) for their runway productions. We are even looking into licensing "Electricity" to top designers to represent their Spring/Summer creations-all in the name of "art, hope, healing, acceptance and of course, Dance!"

Besides iTunes, you will be able to download everything at Amazon, Napster, Rhapsody, and about 200+ online digital retailers. You also can preview all of Brian's music at his brand new official website https://www.briananthony.com in his 'Boom Box'. At the 2.0 site, you can learn about other merchandise and where else you can download the single online, find out about his upcoming shows and promo tour for Canada and later UK, Europe, and possibly Asia. Fans can enter a "Make your own 'Electricity' music video" mobile FAN contest, download free vocal files to show off their own DJ remixing skills in Brian's "U-Mix" DJ contest, and learn of a show in the works as Brian was most recently invited to participate at the 2010 MIDEM music conference- this coming January.
