New York, NY (Top40 Charts) EAST OF ELI, the rising indie alt/pop act fronted by singer/songwriter/actor Nathan West, has partnered with Giant Food, P&G and Singing For Superheroes to record a new music video and spread the medicine of music while raising awareness for children with pediatric cancer.

West and wife/actress Chyler Leigh ("Supergirl," "Grey's Anatomy") visited the pediatric cancer patients at Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore October 13 to film the music video for new original song "No Giving Up." The movingly heartfelt song was written by Grammy-winning songwriter Steven Battey, who also performs on the track with EAST OF ELI. West contributes a compelling self-written spoken word rap that Battey felt is key to the track.

The video features Giant Food Pediatric Cancer ambassador, Ashley Hackman, along with an introduction from movie star Chris Evans and cameos from musicians Rob Thomas, Orianthi, New Found Glory's Ian Grushka and Howie Dorough from Backstreet Boys. P&G in partnership with Giant Food is proud to support pediatric cancer research at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
Founded in 2016 by Battey and Alix Petersen, Singing for Superheroes creates original music for children with illnesses and disabilities. Previous videos have raised awareness for ADHD (featuring Snoop Dogg and star DeMarcus Ware), Rheumatoid Arthritis and Diamond Blackfan Anemia, and have been viewed almost 170,000 times.
