New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Ahead of the release of their spellbinding third album Shoals on January 21st, London band Palace today release their latest single, album closer "Where Sky Becomes Sea,"via Avenue A / Fiction. The single release is accompanied by a new live music video, directed by acclaimed filmmaker and photographer David J. East who has worked with the likes of Foals and The Japanese House.

"Where Sky Becomes Sea" is an enveloping and honey-soaked affair, continuing the luxurious stylings found on their 2019 album Life After while examining the necessity of fear within the human experience, as well as its ability to guide us towards peace, restoration, and a calming conclusion to life's inevitable anxieties. It is the band's third single release this year and an exquisite taster from the their upcoming album, which is set to be one of the must-listen-to records of 2022.

Speaking about the new single, frontman and lead vocalist Leo Wyndham said ""Where Sky Becomes Sea" is a song about the heartbreaking thought of being separated from the one you love when you die, but one day finding each other again at a place beyond the sea, reunited forever."

Shoals is comprised of 12 tracks, and in addition to "Where Sky Becomes Sea" the album will include the brilliant singles "Fade," "Lover (Don't Let Me Down)" and "Gravity" released earlier this year.

In 2022, Palace will embark upon their biggest tour yet, with dates across the UK, Europe, and the US, including their biggest show to date at the O2 Brixton Academy and US tour dates at NYC's Webster Hall, DC's 9:30 Club, and The Fonda in Los Angeles.

Leo Wyndham, Matt Hodges and Rupert Turner released their acclaimed debut EP Lost In The Night in 2014, followed by the Chase The Light EP the following year, their debut album So Long Forever in 2016 and sophomore album Life After in 2019.
