Performers Announced For Latin Recording Academy Person Of The Year Honoring Shakira

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Recording Academy) Performing artists include two-time Latin GRAMMY winner Pepe Aguilar, Mexican pop singer Cristian Castro, Spanish pop singer Franco De Vita, Latin GRAMMY winner Alejandra Guzmán, Latin GRAMMY and GRAMMY winner Natalia Jiménez, and Argentinean singer/songwriter Vicentico. Also, The Latin Recording Academy President/CEO Gabriel Abaroa Jr. and other industry VIPs will be in attendance. Additional artists will be announced shortly.

The 2011 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year will honor and celebrate
Shakira's philanthropic, cultural, and music accomplishments. The star-studded tribute dinner and concert is one of the most prestigious events during Latin GRAMMY week and is attended by numerous Latin GRAMMY nominees, celebrities and music industry VIPs.
