Phonseca Releases New Live Video For "Frozen Music"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Phonseca's premiers latest single "Frozen Music" off Between a Dream, the self-released debut album, featuring Kristina Sheppard on vocals. The video is pretty much minimalistic in a way, though not because of it less incredible.
"This was the first time me and Kristina were in the same room since March 20 because of the Pandemic. We decided to play live rather than mime for the video as it seemed right given the amazing PA and lighting at The Louisiana. We hooked straight back in, one run through and we were totally back on it! I think that comes across.

Frozen Music is from our debut album Between a Dream and is about someone looking back over an old relationship. One person is hearing all about the other but is indifferent and the other is keen for news but isn't getting anything back. So it's one way love in the end but there is a strength in there. You don't know who is thinking what and the lyrics are deliberately vague. It's definitely one of the more popular songs on the album.
It was incredible when Steve Lamacq played it on his daytime 6Music show and his 6Music Recommends show too. A real thrill to have your song received so well so it's great to have a brilliant video to go with it."
