New York, NY (Top40 Charts) PA pop-punk quintet Post Season have released a video for "Long Shot, Lost Cause," a track off their forthcoming, self-titled sophomore album, out July 13 on Know Hope Records.
The clip premiered yesterday on Alternative Press' Facebook page and is now streaming at: https://youtu.be/DajcOonWsYg.
Pre-orders for the album are now available at: https://knowhoperecords.limitedrun.com/categories/post-season.

It's been a few years since Post Season's last release, but the wait will prove to be worth it. Produced and engineered by Paul Leavitt (All Time Low, Senses Fail, The Dangerous Summer, Have Mercy), the band's self-titled record still delivers on their signature sound with catchy hooks, powerful instrumentation and genuine emotion, but also displays a furthered sense of maturity in their musicianship and lyricism, echoing the ongoing struggle of growing older and chasing your passions while facing the realities of everyday life.

Originating in 2012 in Altoona, PA, Post Season burst onto the scene with 2013's Restless Nights EP via Broken Rim Records. The band followed that up with their debut LP Remember later that year. Over the next three years Post Season toured relentlessly, sharing the stage with the likes of State Champs, Knuckle Puck, Such Gold, A Will Away, Head North, Microwave, Such A Mess and many more, while also releasing three more EP's. The band's last release prior to the new LP, came in 2015, a split release with Such A Mess via Common Ground Records.

With members moving around the country and taking part in new life ventures, including drummer Conor McNamar's involvement with hardcore sensation Sharptooth, Post Season's latest effort came together at a slower and steadier pace than the band's typical output. That process, however, churned out the band's best work to date.

Post Season will be hitting the road once again in the summer of 2018 in support of their self-titled album and showing the world that pop-punk is, indeed, alive and well.
